In the context of the diocese of Piacenza-Bobbio there are a number of images regarding the figure and work of Giovanni Battista Scalabrini. In the bishop’s palace there is a painting signed A. Scarani that portrays the prelate in ritual robes, datable to the first half of the 20th century.

In the basilica of St Antonino, a sculptural relief by Paolo Perotti from Piacenza depicts the handing over of the crucifix to Giovanni Scalabrini and the profession of St Charles’ first missionaries in 1887 in the basilica of St Antonino. In the cathedral, in addition to the funeral monument created by Annibale Monti in 1905, which bears a bust of Scalabrini at the top, the bishop is depicted in a stained-glass window by Amalia Panigati from 1959, offered by Italian emigrants in North America at the request of the Scalabrini Fathers, working on the American continent.

There are also a few sculptures of the bishop in the round in the city, such as the cast bronze one, displayed in the Corpus Domini church, due to Paolo Perotti (1997). A terracotta bust of the bishop made during the 20th century is kept in the Church of St. Savino.

A half-bust plaster sculpture is kept in Cicogni di Pecorara, in the Church of Sant’Antonio Abate.

A painted plaster statue is kept at the church dedicated to Scalabrini in Fiorenzuola, where Paolo Perotti also left a cycle of reliefs depicting episodes from the life of the saint, depicting Giovanni Battista Scalabrini on horseback, Giovanni Battista Scalabrini preaching, the saint giving the Bible to a mother and the bishop’s coat of arms.

In Bacedasco Basso, the decoration of the church vault, created by Dino Molinari and V. Fanzini in 2009, includes a medallion with a portrait of Scalabrini.
